HIT360 delivers 60-minutes

HIT360 delivers 60-minutes of both physical and mental intensity for all levels of fitness. Bringing both fitness and science together, HIT360 is made up of three components: kickboxing, strength/resistance training and heart rate tracking. No two workouts are the same. We provide you with a complete and new circuit each day unlike any other gym.

HIT360 participants will be provided with a heart-rate monitor to track your interval training session. Innovative interval program will make you achieve 75%-90% of your maximum heart rate for 10-20 minutes of training resulting in the benefits of the ‘afterburn’ effect a.k.a. increased metabolic rate as you continue your day. Statics show it is possible to burn 500 to 1,000 calories from a single HIT360 session. So go ahead now you can have your cake and eat it too!
